Achievements
I started inan entry level position at the Studio and quickly learnt their systems andprocedures to advance to head of accounts and client enquiries. I play a majorrole in developing new systems for the company to run more efficiently.
I providetimely and relative information to all team members regarding their clients andwhat course of action needs to be taken to ensure maximum value to the client.
I have gainedexperience in dealing with clients over the phone and assisting with mattersfrom new enquires through to client complaints.
