Perform remote desktop management of problems and liaise with 3rd level and remote support staff to understand and resolve issues;
Assist team members with outstanding calls to ensure service levels are maintained;
Maintenance and management of individual call groups;
Continually update understanding of internal lodging processes, AMP products and the overall financial planning industry through close association with planners in the AMP Gold Coast region.
Provide technical and functional solutions for AMP supported software, financial planning software COIN, MWT and VisiPlan, complex desktop issues and technical troubleshooting of WIN7, Vista, XP Pro, and MS Office;
Develop adviser relationships and resolve IT problems within specified timeframe through the process of first and secondary support and training in the AMP systems and associated software;
