Responsibilities:

Keyresponsibilities include cash receiving, cash reconciliation

Stock taking and shopmaintenance
§
Identify the nature of customerinquiry
§
Resolve customer’s initialinquiry by asking lead-in and discovery questions to identify the bestsolutions for the customers
§
Prepare information foreffective presentations to the customers
§
Present clear and conciseinformation to the customers
§
Implement strategies toimprove up selling and cross selling that will build customer relationships andvalue through greater product usage
§
Debt Collection and followup of non-payment of voucher from customer
§
Working with team leader toenhance processes and procedures within management services.
