This role was a project that saw me assist a dealership to transition their financial advsiers across Australia from Proplanner [a dekstop software package] over to Xplan [ a web based software package].
The contract concluded at the Jan 2010.
Client relationships skills were paramount to handle the upheival that the businesses encourntered with the process of converting from a known software package to an unknown one. New processes had to be taught and alot of patience required with the more 'mature' users / students.
